For factories

• Information, photos and prices must be real and up to date.
• Deliver the quantity, quality and timing you agree with the trader.
• Any proven fraud report permanently suspends the account.

For traders

• Agree on payment and shipping in writing inside the chat so there's a record.
• Don't pay the full amount to an unverified factory before you're sure. Order an inspection if you need one.
• Use the report button if anything looks suspicious.

From our side

• We review every factory before activation, and verified factories were visited in person.
• We follow up every report and contact both sides.
• Your data is never sold.
